This global corporate policy launch, filmed using a Panasonic GH5 and custom-built heavy-lift FPV Drones, flies through Microsoft’s Silicon Valley Campus in one continuous shot. The drone captures a unique perspective of how employees operate in a modernized and flexible workplace. Spotlighting efficiencies within both on-site and work-from-home scenarios, it becomes clear that flexibility is the future of hybrid work. This video deliverable highlights Microsoft’s initiative to continually provide employees with flexibility in an evolving work environment.


CHALLENGE

Microsoft needed a compelling campaign asset to launch their updated Hybrid Work policies, positively impacting their global staff and reinforcing their commitment to a flexible work environment. Additionally, they wanted to increase job applications, elevate company awareness, and include product placements with internal brands such as Teams, Viva, Hololens, Surface Hub, and Surface Pro.
